ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed within 1 full business day of the order being placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once an order has reached a certain point in processing it cannot be modified or cancelled. Therefore, order cancellation or modification requests must be made within 15 minutes of the order being made. If your order must be modified or cancelled, please call our Customer Care Team at +44 (0) 1908 048183 to request changes.

*Please note, that we are unable to add additional items to an order once it has been placed.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to the UK and parts of Europe. We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia (now North Macedonia), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia (including the regions of Kosovo and Vojvodina), Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, is NOT available.

Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping on orders of £150.00 or more
  • £6.95 Flat rate for GB orders below £150.00
  • £12.95 Flat rate for EU orders below £150.00

Standard Shipping GB orders will typically arrive within 2 - 5 business days depending on your location.

Standard Shipping EU orders will typically arrive within 7 - 10 business days depending on your location.
